We talk you through the process – and many options – of tailoring your new T7 Go! to your own lifestyle
Here at CamperKing we often talk about our VW Transporter campervans being tailored for you. And that’s no different with our new model, the T7 Go!
The all-new VW T7 Transporter provides the body shell that features our trademark comfort, reliability and build quality. The Go! is keenly priced – it starts at £59,500 – and features a range of home comforts as standard. It is a five-seater, four-berth campervan.
What standard features are included?
There’s the upgraded three-seat CamperKing Titan bed that also includes ISOFIX points to help secure a child’s car seat. The kitchen has a double gas burner and sink, diesel heater, a 50-litre Vitrifrigo fridge freezer and wine rack as standard.
The high-lift elevating roof features a full 360-degree zip-out tent while the Sargent integrated smart system powers the internal functions using a 95 Amp-hour (Ah) Absorbent Glass Mat (AGM) battery.
How we can customise our new van?
Importantly we can also tailor your campervan just for you with almost endless options that fit your lifestyle and suit the adventures you’re planning. We call this part of the buying process ‘built to order’.
On the exterior of the van, you can buy extras such as a body kit that includes lowered suspension and side rails. There’s also a wide range of colour packs for parts of the campervan such as roofs, wing mirrors and door handles.
The Geneva upholstery package is the standard option for the T7 Go! which can also be upgraded to our Overwatch range. In fact, there are 56 choices of upholstery colour for the Go! and 56 stitching colours. There are seven worktop designs, 12 furniture options, nine flooring options including carpet, and 20 wheel styles too.
What’s involved with the customisation process?
When you begin the process of customising your new Go! – or any of our campervans – you can visit one of our configuration lounges, which are located in all three CamperKing dealerships: our Banbury HQ plus our Newcastle and Surrey showrooms. When you’re ready to tailor your campervan, we use a ‘choose your options’ board to see how the different combinations look while you enjoy a coffee. We then see if there is the same or similar look in one of our forecourt campervans to see it in place. The order is then placed and it can take about six weeks to complete.
Any customisation work will be to your specifications and fitted by our expert craftsmen, and all backed up by our enviable customer service record.
