As instructed in the Prime Minister’s address, we will be closing the CamperKing HQ doors to the public at 6pm on Wednesday 4th November, but that doesn’t mean we are closed for business!
We will be continuing to offer a delivery service if you have already purchased a conversion from us or are interested in any of our stock and we will be able to arrange a click and collect, contactless handover. We will be in touch to advise how we will be able to hand over your new conversion, once it is ready. Lockdown 2.0 will have no impact on our manufacturing so there will be no changes to build schedules. We remain available both on the phone and online so you can be ready to explore, as soon as we are able to!
Service
Our service department will only be open for essential repair or maintenance work including MOT tests, however will be running with skeleton staff. Simon will contact to you directly to rearrange any non-essential appointments. If you have a habitation check booked in over lockdown, your warranty will be honoured, you must have already contacted Service before your warranty expires and have made a provisional appointment.
Rentals
Campervan Rentals all already fully booked for the remainder of the year but your enquiries for next year will still be dealt with by
bookings@camperking.co.uk. You can also now purchase Campervan Rental Gift Vouchers on the website!
Online Store
Our online shop is up and running and ready to ship out Campervan accessories so you can pimp your Camper over lockdown or even get ready for Christmas gifts!
