CamperKing’s T7 Freedom achieves formal VCA Type Approval

We’re pleased to announce that the CamperKing T7 Freedom campervan has now formally received full GB Unlimited Series Whole Vehicle Type Approval from the Vehicle Certification Agency (VCA).

It had already been confirmed that the T7 Freedom met all required standards, but today we’re proud to confirm that this process is now complete and officially recognised with the formal issuing of the certificate.

Achieving VCA Type Approval is a significant milestone. It demonstrates that the T7 Freedom meets strict UK regulatory standards across safety, construction, and compliance. This is not simply a checkbox exercise – it reflects the depth of engineering, design, and quality assurance that goes into every CamperKing conversion. The Unlimited Series approval reflects CamperKing’s scale and volume of production, as it applies only to those building more than 1,500 vehicles a year.
